Jenny is Managing Director and founder of Independent Freight as well as the winner of the Everywoman 2015 ‘Leader of the Year’ Award and the Women Who Award 2017 for Coventry and Warwickshire.
Jenny has been involved in transport and logistics for the last 20 years and has developed extensive knowledge of importing and exporting resulting in her regularly advising various bodies in both the public and private sector on international trade issues.

David Hooper MBA
David is Director and founder of Independent Freight. David’s background is varied having worked in both the private and public sector providing support to businesses for over 20 years. David has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and a Degree in Economics.
David is a specialist in customs compliance and logistics provides advice and guidance to businesses on customs compliance, supply chain improvement and other international trade issues.

International Freight Forwarder
Molly joined Independent Freight as an apprentice in June 2015, and is now responsible for Air, Sea and Road Operations, providing support to Jenny on complex areas of freight. Please do not hesitate to contact Molly if you wish to book any shipments for Air and Sea freight.
Internal Custom Sales
Stuart joined Independent Freight in July 2017 and is responsible for internal sales, quotes and customer liaison. Stuart has been involved in the logistics industry for 3 years. For all quotes please do not hesitate to contact Stuart.
Kim is our office and account administrator. Her background is in the insurance/loss adjusting and hospitality industry in the corporate and private sectors, having worked in office and face to face environments both in the UK and Mallorca. Kim has excellent IT and database skills which help support the team in many areas.

Freight Forwarding Co-ordinator
Luke joined the company in September 2016 as an Apprentice and has now become a full Employee of IFS having gone through our in-house training program
He is now a Freight Forwarding Co-ordinator and is responsible for liaising with customers and suppliers to arrange shipments and ensure all the relevant paperwork is compliant and retained for audit purposes.

Driver and Transport
John has been involved in freight forwarding for over 40 years working for several freight forwarders in the region during that time. Now semi-retired John provides valuable support to our operations as well as doing dedicated pick-ups as our local driver.
Andrew joined as an apprentice in 2011 and now acts as our administrative assistant, providing support to his colleagues in all areas of administration as well as developing our own in house database for sales and marketing purposes.
